Meet Luke - Personal Trainer
Wellbeing & Martial Arts-Inspired Movement in Hastings
I'm Luke, a personal trainer and wellbeing coach based in Hastings, East Sussex, with over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry.
My approach goes beyond traditional personal training. I blend strength training, martial arts-inspired movement, studio and outdoor fitness alongside wellbeing coaching to support both physical strength and mental wellbeing. I'm a Level 4 qualified trainer in low back pain management, which allows me to work confidently and safely with clients returning to exercise, managing discomfort, or rebuilding strength after time away.
Training has played a vital role in my own mental wellbeing, and that experience shapes how I support others - calmly, practically and without pressure.
Martial arts has been a major part of my life, teaching me discipline, confidence and resilience. Today, I bring the empowering elements of martial arts into sessions in a safe, accessible way without competition, intimidation or expectations.
Whether you're managing back pain, returning to exercise, or looking to feel stronger and more confident in your body, sessions are always tailored to you, your energy levels and your lifestyle.
My focus is on sustainable progress, consistency and helping you feel better in both body and mind for the long term.
