Hi! I’m Luke, a passionate well-being enthusiast, dedicated to supporting you in achieving your training goals and finding a healthy balance in all aspects of your health and fitness.

I'm based in Hastings, East Sussex, UK, and I offer a range of Personal Training services! 

A Little About Me

In a professional setting, I've spent the last 17+ years immersed in the fitness industry and have enjoyed every moment as a personal trainer.

My journey began at 14, inspired by my first gym visit. Fitness and health have not only boosted my physical well-being but have also been pivotal for my mental health. I'm a PT with Level 4 qualifications, and I am always striving to continue my learning in the fields of health and wellbeing.​​

Or more specifically, how I can support you. Positive health and fitness is for everyone. Whether you're just starting to consider a structured plan or returning to your fitness journey after some time, you deserve to invest in yourself.

The Healthy Balance Scale

I live by a model that emphasises balance across three key aspects: Activity, Nutrition, and time to Refresh.

By assessing the balance in these areas, we can approach health and fitness holistically.

 

You might need to focus on one specific area or perhaps require a comprehensive review to achieve overall balance. My remote and in person services cater to all these pillars, ensuring your unique needs are always at the centre of our work together.

I believe in sustainable, long-term improvements that lead to a happy, healthy life. I believe that good health is all about consistency. And I can be part of your consistent healthy lifestyle!
